At Hennalisha, we take great pride in the quality of our products. Every henna cone is freshly prepared, carefully filled, and thoroughly tested before dispatch to ensure a smooth flow, perfect consistency, and optimal performance. We ensure that all cones leave us in excellent working condition.

Once your order has been dispatched, Hennalisha is no longer responsible for the handling, transit, or delivery of the parcel. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail, and a tracking number will be provided to the customer so you can follow your delivery directly. Any delays, losses, or delivery issues must be taken up with Royal Mail, as they are the responsible courier service.

In the unlikely event that your parcel arrives damaged, including any damage to the henna cones or packaging, this is considered a transit issue. Customers must contact Royal Mail directly to raise a claim or investigation. Hennalisha cannot be held liable for any damage that occurs after the order has been dispatched.

Please note that any issues with the use or performance of the cones after delivery are considered user-related and not product faults. As all cones are tested prior to dispatch, we cannot accept responsibility for issues arising from storage conditions, handling, or application after receipt.

Due to the nature of our products and strict quality control process, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or replacements under any circumstances. By placing an order with Hennalisha, you agree to and accept these terms in full.
